
Therapy
Talking with a therapist can help you manage emotional difficulties, personal problems, conflict and distress. If you are feeling anxious,depressed or are having relationship concerns, counselling or psychotherapy can be helpful.

Clinical supervision
I offer supervision to trainees and practicing therapists. I work from an integrative perspective and have trained using the 7-eyed model of supervison and the integrative developmental model of supervision. I am trained in offering face to face, or online supervision. I work one to one or with groups.
